Project

Tenant improvement project in Seattle’s historic Securities Building. Built in 1913, new construction in an old space made for difficult conditions including the framing of the deck and the pouring of the gypcrete floor. Redhawk carefully coordinated the delivery and install of the Owner mandated millwork and equipment.

Result

Tenant moved in on time with a beautifully built space.
