The Redhawk team renovated the existing athletic club, including upgrades to finishes throughout the facility. Constructed a new Café hosting a serving and dining area for members. Construction of the project was completed on day and night shifts to maintain open doors during business hours for members. The project construction saw three phases, including construction and demolition of temporary locker room facilities to minimize impact to the membership. Redhawk expanded the outdoor pool area while maintaining daily club operations. Worked closely with the County to integrate construction with creek plantings and enhanced native growth protection area.Result
Ultimately, the facility renovations improved the overall aesthetic of the club. Members were pleased by the addition of the Café and expanded pool area, and the renovation process proved to be as unobtrusive as possible.
