This former athletic club was converted to 22,000 SF of office space. The Sydney Plaza project included extensive upgrades to the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems to accommodate the interior office conversions. The existing shell had tilt-up concrete that was converted to office space with full windows requiring seismic upgrades. The site was reworked to accommodate medical office parking and access.Result
The Redhawk construction team was able to meet the needs of Sydney Plaza clients, working within the constraints of the site to make the improvements necessary to accommodate medical office parking and access.
