Founding member of Redhawk and current Managing Partner overseeing daily operations, Steve has over 25 years of construction and building management experience. He is responsible for maintaining client relationships and overseeing project management, operations, and personnel. Steve's commitment to the construction industry is evident in every Redhawk project, and he has sat on the Associated Building Contractor’s Board of Directors since 2007.

Founding member of Redhawk and current Managing Partner, John brings over 25 years of real estate and retail development experience to the team. John works closely with owners, and helps guide the leasing, marketing, financing and equity aspects of Redhawk projects. John’s vision and goal for the company is to inject insight and market know-how into the planning of every Redhawk project.

Stacey is a dedicated and results-driven business professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience building and managing finance, operations and human resource teams in rapid growth environments. Stacey is an original member of the Redhawk team, responsible for the management and execution of all company financials.

Scott has over 20 years of construction management experience, across nearly all project types. Scott's ability to understand a project from start to finish financially helps maintain a workable budget that yields strong results for all parties.

Fred has worked in the construction industry as a laborer, estimator, Project Engineer, and now as a Senior Project Manager on the Redhawk team. He comes to Redhawk with a degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington. His organized leadership skills afford him the ability to manage multiple projects with a methodical management process that helps him identify project issues early to minimize potential risk and impact.
Taking a project from an initial concept and managing it all the way through project completion is the most rewarding part of the job. There are very few occupations out there that allow you to physically see the results of your hard work.

Katy has worked as an administrator in the construction industry for over ten years. Her ability to organize and communicate across multiple Redhawk projects ensures we meet the demands of each with ease - delivering exceptional customer service to both our clients and our vendors. She has also taken on the role of Safety Administrator and works with the field to ensure they are operating safely and proactively addressing all safety hazards during all phases of the project.
I enjoy the Redhawk team dynamic and the multiple hats that I wear. There are many personalities, parts and pieces that I work with and coordinate to guarantee our team success as well as providing optimal project results for each client.
Tammie leads the accounting process for all Redhawk projects. Her communication skills with subcontractors and vendors keep our projects progressing. Her diligent tracking of subcontractor payments to all tiered vendors ensures all labor and materials are accounted for. She has exceptional organizational skills and maintains the overall management of the office.

Joe started in the construction industry as a laborer while attending Georgia Southern University in pursuit of a Construction Management degree. He worked for several different subcontractors on large commercial projects for the duration of college until completing his degree in 2012. After graduation, he worked as a Project Engineer for a large mechanical contractor for a few years before making the transition over to a general contractor. Joe’s broad construction experience in the trades as well as his organization and problem solving skills makes him proficient at his role as Project Engineer. He acts as the main communication hub between the many subcontractors and the architects/engineers for any given project and works diligently between the field team and the office team to help steady the flow of the project.
It’s much more exciting than a typical 9 to 5 job. I enjoy being able to see the progress you and your team make as the days go by, it is very rewarding.
Hank brings over 25 years of field supervision and carpentry experience across multiple divisions. He follows a strict regimen when managing the jobsite and field crew, permitting the prioritization of tasks to effectively execute the project in accordance with the clients’ expectations.

Bill has over 20 years of experience in the construction field, and his work in both residential and commercial projects is an asset to the Redhawk team. Bill’s handling of field issues and coordinating all subcontractor efforts has made him a success with each of his projects. Bill has an impressive background in apartment and condominium building in the downtown Seattle core, and is well-versed in building envelope and site issues.
Construction itself has changed over the years and with the inclusion of implementing improved technology. I continue to self-educate myself on a daily basis.
Jon has 20 years of experience in both master carpentry and superintendent leadership in the commercial, multi-family, and industrial fields. Jon excels at mapping projects to demanding timelines, maintaining a safe work environment, and managing budget restraints. Jon is versatile in managing smaller projects as well, enabling him to “wear his tool belt” when necessary.
I enjoy construction because I like being part of a team working towards the goal of building something that will last longer than ourselves.
Ken has 20 years experience as a master carpenter in the commercial and industrial construction fields. As Superintendent, Ken is directly responsible for overseeing daily activities on the jobsite. His open and direct communication with all parties keeps his jobsites safe and on track. Ken’s ability to take on a range of projects allow him to be a valuable asset for Redhawk projects of any size.
I like having the ability to take an idea from infancy to completion; it is a fun, yet challenging part of the job.
Jason started his career in the U.K. and joined the Redhawk team in 2015. He is a master carpenter and has the ability to think outside of the box when on the jobsite. He has excellent communication skills and is great at updating the team on the progress and details of the project.
I like problem-solving. Every day on the jobsite gives me the opportunity to problem-solve and put the pieces together.
Mariusz has over 15 years of hands-on commercial construction experience. His dedication is apparent in each project he encounters, and he is mindful of the plans and planning to help offset future complications. Under his watch, the jobsite remains safe, clean, and the daily activities are executed with ease.
I like being part of a team and also starting something and seeing it through to completion.
Rouzbeh began his construction career over five years ago. His experience is a combination of both residential and commercial construction. His ability to multi-task allows him to step into different roles in the field and move between tasks with ease.
Every day in construction is different and every day on the job is a learning experience for me.
