The Rose Hill Gateway project ran simultaneously with the Rose Hill Plaza project. The building shell was constructed to be used in a mixed-use retail or office capacity. The building was made up of conventional steel structure and framing and the build-out was Class A quality.


Ultimately, the project was successful, and the Redhawk team was able to stay within the bound of the budget and meet the needs of clients.
