Cooper Point Village is located in beautiful West Olympia, on a 5.8 acre development that included six retail/business buildings with over 54,000 SF of building floor space. The property sat adjacent to wetlands which created an environmentally sensitive site, and the evolving design and long winter months added challenges to the schedule and construct-ability of the site.

RESULT

Redhawk and construction team overcame these trials, to complete the project on-time and under budget.
