Redhawk created and supported a team environment with the Owner, Architect and subcontractors. In the context of a compressed timeline, I cannot overstate the importance of this, as changes, schedule hurdles and inevitable construction challenges create plenty of opportunity to justify delays and cost overruns. Redhawk did not let this happen.

I have worked with Redhawk Group for the past year and a half on the Northgate Hampton Inn & Suites, a 167 unit, six story hotel with two levels of underground parking. From design to construction the Redhawk Group is a very capable and professional construction management company.

I have appreciated their diligence in understanding the intent of the structural design, meeting that intent, and delivering a quality product.

We enjoy working with the Redhawk Group and appreciate the quick responses and communication throughout the process from start to finish. The final product was delivered professionally and well-built.

Over the last 10 years Redhawk has been the general contractor on 14 projects that I have managed, ranging from single tenant retail (pharmacy), to multi-building shopping centers, to mixed-use and apartments. Through it all, Redhawk is a valued partner that communicates well, asks questions and makes suggestions, all with an eye to deliver end results with the right balance of cost, quality and speed. Simply put, their experience and expertise have been instrumental in the successful completion of all the projects we have done together.

Redhawk completed a $3m project for our company remodeling a 100 year old building in Pioneer Square. Despite the significant challenges of working in an older building (like nothing is level) the project was finished on time and on budget. Plus the whole Redhawk team was incredibly professional and pleasant to work with.

Redhawk is amazingly responsive and flexible and their incredibly organized construction processes make them a pleasure to work with.

Further, and perhaps most importantly, Redhawk created and supported a team environment with the Owner, Architect and subcontractors. In the context of a compressed timeline, I cannot overstate the importance of this, as changes, schedule hurdles and inevitable construction challenges create plenty of opportunity to justify delays and cost overruns. Redhawk did not let this happen. Further, Redhawk was an active participant in helping achieve and improve upon design goals, consistently working within the Owner’s budget, while elevating quality of execution where it mattered most.
