PROJECT

Four star boutique hotel in the hart of Napa Valley, California. The hotel was designed with a luxurious and upscale layout including a $4 Million budget for interior finishes alone. All of the marble installed on the project was procured from China.

The hotel has 169 total units, including six high end suites. Each unit includes lavish finishes, custom millwork and a relaxing soaking bathtub in the open floor layouts.

The hotel also features a 2nd floor deck, approximately 4,000 SF perfect for entertaining and guests to soak in the California sunshine.

RESULT

Team worked closely with the design team to ensure the constructability and design criteria fit together to accomplish the end goal.
