PROJECT

Redhawk constructed the newest location for the Bartell family in the heart of downtown North Bend. The retail shop, sits in the shadow of the beautiful Mount Si mountain.

Due to poor site soils, the 15,683 sf building sits on top of 295 pin piles, 6″ wide and roughly 40′ deep. The store has been labeled the “next generation” of Bartell stores, showcasing their Beauty Cosmetics display, Urban Market, Sweats and Snacks area, and full service print studio which boasts “modern” living and their everyday needs.

RESULT

Bartell Drugs is a family owned company that has been operating in the Puget Sound Community for over 75 years. The newly added North Bend facility is the company’s most recent opening adding to their other 61 locations. The popular retail chain is growing and looking into more locations to their prestigious portfolio across the Greater Seattle area.
