PROJECT

This multi-story mixed-use facility sits across from Greenlake. It houses 24 apartment units with office space below; currently the home of Redhawk Group’s office.

RESULT

The project was originally designed to be condos, but were built as fee rental units with mid to high range finishes throughout the complex. There are two underground parking garages which had water intrusion complications during construction.
