‘Vibe’-ing in Fremont

Our newest mixed-use building is complete!

Vibe Apartments were completed  in October. The apartment building houses 64 residential units above a 3,500 SF commercial space, two residential units and one live/work unit. The building has parking for 16 and sits just minutes from downtown Fremont off Greenwood Ave North and North 36th Street. The building’s East wall butts up directly next to their neighbor, The George & Dragon Pub, making construction of that East wall more complicated and challenging.

Gramor Development  chose to incorporate some of the car decking from the original building into their design. This reclaimed wood can be seen in the elevator lobbies throughout the entire project. The design is a mixture of modern and vibrant colors to match the trendy and fast paced neighborhood.
