Queen Anne Apartments – Beautiful Views

Redhawk Group recently completed the 306 Queen Anne Avenue Apartments developed by Gramor Development.  This 53 unit complex sits in the heart of the ever growing Lower Queen Anne neighborhood with beautiful views of Elliot Bay nestled next to the Key Arena and Seattle Center.

Construction began in the 1st quarter of 2013 and the project was finalized in late May 2014. The building consists of concrete foundation and PT deck with six wood framed floors.

Residents can enjoy upgraded amenities such as stainless steel appliances, full-size washer/dryer, floor-ceiling windows, secure entrance and a gated parking garage.  The rooftop terrace is perfect for enjoying the views, hosting parties and using the BBQ and fire pit. The neighborhood has many appealing qualities as well. Queen Anne is known for its rich history and abundance of restaurants and shops. There are many little shops, eateries, bars and cafes within walking distance. Residents can also take in a concert at nearby Key Arena, enjoy the rides and activities at the Seattle Center or stroll through the local farmers market or many neighboring parks.
